A practical framework for turning a business need into a clear, testable, and supportable delivery plan.

Begin with the operational problem, the people responsible for it, and the result that must improve. Map the current workflow, exceptions, information sources, approvals, integrations, and security constraints before selecting technology. A product choice made before that map exists usually encodes the wrong assumptions.
Define a first release that proves the riskiest assumptions without trying to replace every process at once. Assign decision owners, acceptance criteria, migration responsibilities, and a realistic path from validation to rollout. The plan should say what will not be in the first version as clearly as what will.
A dependable project plan includes implementation, training, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement—not only development milestones. Operators need to know how incidents will be handled, how roles will be granted, and how the system will be changed after go-live. Those questions belong in the same conversation as architecture.
